Sendspark's prototype app was unstable and missing many key features needed for launch. Making matters more difficult, the original developer had left the project, leaving behind limited documentation. Sendspark needed a partner they could trust, to transform their prototype into an MVP.
Fluxon reverse-engineered the application infrastructure and diagnosed the technical problems, addressing numerous critical production issues to resolve application instability. Developing critical features, we quickly turned Sendspark’s prototype into an MVP. As they began to onboard customers, we worked with their design team to enhance the UX and develop a wide range of new features in response to customer feedback.
